Returns & exchanges

We're a small label in Jaipur and we make our clothes ourselves. We'd much rather you had something you love than something sitting in your cupboard.

Fit not right? Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll swap it, free. We collect from your door and send the replacement — you don't pay a rupee. Exchange for a different size, or for any other piece of the same value. Since every piece is made to order, allow 7–10 days for your replacement to be stitched.

Not quite what you hoped for? Send it back within 7 days, unworn and with tags, and we'll issue store credit for the full amount, valid for a year. Pickup is on us, anywhere in India.

Ordered by mistake? Message us before it ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full, no fuss.

If something's wrong at our end — wrong piece, a fault, or we can't get you the size you wanted — you get your money back to your original payment method. That one's on us, always.

Ordering from outside India? Exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. You'll need to arrange the return, but we'll cover sending your replacement.

A few things we can't accept: made-to-measure pieces stitched to your own measurements, and anything worn, washed or altered. And a gentle note — our prints are finished by hand, so small variations in colour and placement are part of the cloth, not a fault.
