Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality products. However, we do not offer refunds. Products are eligible for exchange or store credit only under specific conditions.

Exchange or store credit is applicable if an incorrect product is delivered, a manufacturing defect is found, or a size exchange is required (same design only).

The following are not eligible for return or exchange: international orders, customised items, sale items, and minor variations in colour or texture due to handcrafted processes or screen differences.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@amakshi.com with order number, delivery address, and supporting images if applicable. Approved items must be returned unused, with tags intact, within 10 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If cancelled prior to dispatch due to product unavailability, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
