Shipping
India and international orders are delivered within the product dispatch time plus 7–10 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Shipping within India is free; international shipping is free above INR 40,000 and charged INR 2,000 below this amount. International duties and taxes are payable at delivery, and delays due to handcrafted processes or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Returns
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit are available only for incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or size exchanges of the same design. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images, and approved items must be returned unused with tags within 10 days. International, customised, sale items, and minor colour or texture variations are not eligible. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
